What does a Den
Leader need to be 100% trained? – To be 100%
trained, Den Leaders need to complete Youth Protection Training (online), Fast Start Training for
Den Leaders (online), Basic Training for Den
Leaders (district), and New Leader
Essentials (district).
What does a Pack
Leader/Committee Member need to be 100% trained? –
To be 100% trained, Pack Leaders/Committee Members need to complete Youth
Protection Training (online), Fast Start Training for
Pack Committee (online), Basic Training for Den
Leaders (district), and New Leader
Essentials (district).
How do you sign
up? - There is no sign-up or registration,
simply find the training you need on the calendar and show up.
What should you
wear? - The training sessions are informal;
naturally the BSA always encourages us to wear our uniforms to scouting
events such as this, although, don't let the attire get in your way of
attending this required training.
What should you
bring to training? - Simply bring
your attention, an open mind, a note pad and a pencil/pen.

training, can an Adult get recognized for completing it?
- BSA has a very robust adult recognition program. Adults can receive achievement by
completing the requirements for
